ROADS OR A LUNAR SURFACE

Looking at the condition of the roads in Mumbai, one feels sorry at the pathetic condition of roads. It resembles surface of moon. I wonder that on what basis does the government collecta tolls on roads. If such is the condition of roads, they don’t have any right to collect tolls.

With assembly elections on the hindsight they show wonderful roads that necer had potholes and they think that this gimmick will work. I think that we all know the reality while going to office eevery morning. The mayor of Mumbai claimed that, ‘all the potholes have been filled one day prior to the rains. We have completed the work before time’. What a bullshit. Rather than finishing it before time, they should have ensured that the done work is perfect. No need of finishing it early.

They should have given em[hasis on its qquality management. Im spite of heavy and unseasonal rains in Singapore,  it neither floods nor the roads break up over there. We just need some honessty and accountability.
